These Terms of Use govern the use of Tncocity Shop Manager (“the Application”).

1. Purpose of the Application

The Application is a private internal web tool created to assist the owner of the Tncocity Etsy shop in monitoring and managing their own shop.

2. Authorized Use

The Application may only be used by the shop owner. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

3. Etsy Platform

All sales, payments, checkout, and customer interactions occur exclusively on Etsy. This Application does not replace or replicate Etsy’s core functionality.

4. API Usage

The Application uses Etsy’s official Open API v3 and complies with Etsy’s API Terms of Use and related policies.

5. No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Application.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements.

8. Trademark Notice

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
