This Privacy Policy describes how Tncocity Shop Manager (“the Application”) handles data when used in connection with the Etsy platform.

1. Scope

This Application is a private internal tool used solely by the owner of the Tncocity Etsy shop. It is not offered to the general public.

2. Data Accessed

Through Etsy’s official Open API v3, the Application may access:

• Shop listings and listing statuses
• Order and sales information related to the shop
• Basic shop-level operational data

3. How Data Is Used

• To display internal dashboards for shop monitoring
• To assist the shop owner in managing listings and orders
• To improve internal operational efficiency

Data is not used for advertising, analytics resale, profiling, or machine learning.

4. Data Sharing

No data accessed via the Etsy API is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.

5. Data Security

• All access is authenticated via OAuth 2.0
• HTTPS is enforced for all connections
• API credentials are stored securely server-side
• Access is restricted to the shop owner only

6. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for internal operational use and in accordance with Etsy API policies.
